- Belimbing sayur 6 buah, iris serong -
- Cabai merah 3 buah, iris serong -
Bumbu halus :
- Bawang merah 5 butir -
- Bawang putih 3 butir -
- Cabai merah 2 buah, buang isinya -
- Cabai rawit 5 buah -
- Tomat 1 buah -
- Kunyit 2 cm -
- Jahe 2 cm -
- Lengkuas 2 cm -
- Daun jeruk 2 lembar -
- Gula 1 sdt -
- Garam secukupnya -
Cara membuat :
1. Campur bumbu halus dan telur, aduk hingga rata.
2. Masukkan ayam, aduk. Ratalana.
3. Ambil selembar daun pisang, isi dengan campuran ayam, belimbing sayur, cabai merah dan daun kemangi.
4. Gulung, semat kedua ujungnya dengan tusuk gigi.
5. Panaskan panci pengukus, kukus pepes ayam selama 20 menit hingga matang. Angkat.
6. Sajikan.
